Dear CIMSEC Members and Readers,
We are dedicated to building a global community of professionals, academics, and forward thinkers from a variety of fields who wish to further international maritime peace and security through an exchange of ideas and the rigor of critical thought and writing.
In that effort, we are committed to keeping CIMSEC content free – FOREVER. To ensure we can continue to do that, we are asking you to visit our GoFundMe page to consider making a donation today.
In the past year, CIMSEC has grown and evolved as more and more people join our community, and we intend to accelerate that trend in 2018. However, as an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, our future growth and sustainability rely on the generosity of people like you.
All of the money raised will be put to use in a variety of ways including:
- Continuing to keep membership and content free of charge
- Maintaining and improving our website
- Obtaining new recording equipment for our Sea Control podcast
- Streamlining our membership application process
- Archiving our content for future use
We cannot do any of this without you. Please consider making a donation here to keep CIMSEC alive and growing – $10, $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can afford.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Andrew Poulin
