A portent of future Arctic FONOPS?

Pacheco, a Sailor assigned to guided-missile crusier USS Normandy (CG 60) stands a low visibility lookout on the forecastle in the Arctic Ocean. Pacheco was calling in the location of ice sheets floating in the path of Normandy.
