CARIBBEAN SEA (Aug. 23, 2009) Sailors assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Carr (FFG 52) and members of U.S. Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment 409 and the Armada Bolivariana de Venezuela of the Venezuelan Navy, transfer a seized shipment of cocaine worth an estimated $22 million.
